Zaidan-Jones, 18, will join up with Fulham's Under-21s having impressed during two separate pre-season trials at Motspur Park. Born in New York and raised in Turks and Caicos, where his family remain based, he has been capped twice by the Turks and Caicos senior side and four times at Under-17 level, though he also qualifies for England and Canada.
He first trialled with Fulham last summer, playing a full 90 minutes in a 3-2 pre-season win over Charlton Athletic's Under-21s, before returning to the US to complete his studies and coming back to Motspur Park at the start of this pre-season, where he scored against Gil Vicente's Under-23s, Hampton & Richmond and Charlton's Under-21s again.
Primarily a number 10, he has also featured at left-back and on both flanks during his trial spells.
"It feels amazing to sign for Fulham," he said. "It's the type of thing you dream of when you're a little kid.
"Getting the opportunity to come here and play the game that I love – I couldn't be any happier. When I'm on the field, you'll see creativity, technical ability, and somebody that will work hard for the team and the club.
"This season, I want to contribute as much as I can for the Under-21s, and hopefully that can lead to getting a shot in the first team."
Loupalo-Bi, 20, leaves for League Two side Fleetwood Town having spent the second half of last season on loan at Walsall, making 16 League Two appearances after joining them in January, as well as a previous loan spell at Dagenham & Redbridge.
He featured regularly for Fulham's Under-21s last season, including in the EFL Trophy, and has won three caps for England at Under-18 level, giving Fleetwood a forward with senior league experience and continued room to develop as he looks to build a permanent career in the professional game.
