Juventus confirmed on Monday that Davide Marchisio, the son of club great Claudio Marchisio, has signed his first professional contract, running until 30 June 2028.
The club's statement read:
"A new Marchisio returns to sign a professional contract with Juventus: Davide, the son of Claudio, signs the first agreement of his career until 30 June 2028."
The 17-year-old midfielder has come through the Juventus academy since childhood, winning the Under-16 Scudetto and starring for the Under-17 side before being attached to the Under-18 group this season.
His father spent 25 years at the club across two spells, won four Serie A titles and made over 380 appearances before retiring in 2019. The club added: "Congratulations Davide, see you on the pitch!"
Juventus also announced two further contract extensions on the same day, both running to 2028. Winger Stefano Precupanu, born in Turin to Romanian parents, signed his new deal after returning from a loan spell with Südtirol's youth ranks.
He has progressed from the Under-17s into the Under-20 side, and has already made three Primavera 1 appearances this season, including a goal on the opening day against Parma. Juventus said: "Congratulations, Stefano!"
Belgian centre-back Wout Gielen also put pen to paper on a contract until 2028. The 18-year-old joined Juventus in the summer of 2024 after coming through Sint-Truiden and Genk in his native Belgium, and has progressed from the Under-17s to the Under-20 side, where he has played six Primavera 1 games this season.
