Roma are closing in on Paulo Dybala's contract renewal as the financial gap falls below €1 million, with Gianluca Mancini and Zeki Celik also set to extend their deals.

Roma are pushing to finalise three key contract renewals before the summer window properly opens, with Dybala's situation the most advanced and the most anticipated — and a resolution now within touching distance, according to Corriere dello Sport.

The financial gap between Dybala and AS Roma has narrowed to less than €1 million, a margin sporting director Tony D'Amico considers bridgeable. A meeting expected in the coming hours could convert months of negotiation into a signed agreement. The sticking point has been Dybala's wage demands relative to Roma's revised wage structure under American ownership, but both parties want a resolution and the gap is now considered closeable.

Defender Gianluca Mancini, one of the dressing room's key figures and part of the club's defensive leadership, is on the verge of signing a new contract extending his stay at the Stadio Olimpico to 2030. The announcement is expected to follow little more than a final formality.

Turkish right-back Zeki Celik's extension is described by the club's hierarchy as practically settled. Like Mancini's, it represents a further piece in D'Amico's strategy to consolidate the squad's experienced core before turning attention to incoming transfers.

Roma qualified for the Champions League for the first time in seven seasons, and D'Amico is determined to retain the players who got them there before adding to the group from outside.
