The move runs until 30 June 2027 and includes a buy option worth between €10m and €11m that converts into an obligation if certain conditions are met, most likely tied to Parma's Serie A survival or the number of appearances Touré makes over the season.
Atalanta also retain a percentage of any future resale.
Born in Adjamé, Ivory Coast, and a Mali international, the 25-year-old came through academy football in both countries before making his professional debut with Stade de Reims in France.
A move to Spain's UD Almería in 2022 saw him confirm himself at a higher level, catching Atalanta's attention and prompting a permanent transfer in the summer of 2023.
He went on to win the UEFA Europa League with the Bergamo club in the 2023/24 season, though his time in Italy has otherwise been limited: he managed just 17 appearances across two years at Atalanta, unable to convince Gian Piero Gasperini, Ivan Juric or, most recently, Maurizio Sarri, and spent the last two campaigns out on loan, first at VfB Stuttgart, where injuries hampered his progress, and then at Beşiktaş, where he scored five goals and provided four assists last season.
A dynamic and versatile forward, Touré combines physicality with pace, and is known for his ability to attack space in behind, link up with teammates and operate across the width of the attacking line.
A regular for the Mali national team, he arrives at Parma looking to put his experience to use after a frustrating spell at Atalanta, where he was signed as an alternative to Ademola Lookman but never fully established himself.
