Bradshaw, who has been with Forest since 2017, has committed his future to the club with a deal running until June 2028.
The striker began his scholarship in the summer of 2025 and has already made the step up to Dylan Malicheff’s B Team on several occasions. His progress has also been recognised at international level, with a call-up to Scotland's Under-19 squad.
Forest head of academy Chris McGuane believes the contract is deserved recognition for the forward's development and attitude.
“We are delighted that Kanye has signed his first professional contract. It is a reward for his hard work and the progress he has made throughout his time at the club,” McGuane said.
Bradshaw's opportunities with the B Team and his Scotland selection have been important milestones, but Forest believe there is further potential for him to fulfil.
“He has a real hunger to improve, both on and off the pitch,” McGuane added. “He is a forward with a natural eye for goal and the ability to make an impact in any game he is involved in, which he has shown at every level he has played at so far.”
The academy head also stressed that the teenager understands the work required to progress through the club's system.
“He understands the hard work and commitment required as he progresses, and everyone at the Academy looks forward to supporting him through the next chapter of his career at Nottingham Forest.”
While Bradshaw has secured his first professional deal, another Forest academy player is heading out to gain senior experience.
Goalkeeper Joe Bailey has joined Southern Premier League Central side Stamford AFC on loan until January. The move will give the stopper an opportunity to continue his development in a first-team environment.
The club has wished Bailey well during his spell with Stamford, known as the Daniels, as he looks to gain valuable experience in senior football.
The two developments represent different stages of the academy pathway: Bradshaw has earned his first professional contract after years of progress at Forest, while Bailey will use the coming months to test himself away from the club's youth set-up.
