Kolo Muani faces uncertain summer with Juventus and Fenerbahce both in the mix

Randal Kolo Muani returns to PSG this summer without a clear landing spot after a loan spell at Tottenham Hotspur that yielded just five goals and four assists in 40 appearances — and without a place in France's World Cup squad.

Tottenham will not make the move permanent. Manager Roberto De Zerbi confirmed the club are looking to move on from the forward, who joined on loan from PSG in September for a reported fee of €5 million. PSG have no plans to reintegrate the 27-year-old under Luis Enrique, meaning he will need to find a third club in as many summers.

Juventus remain the frontrunner. Le 10 Sport reported that a preliminary agreement is in place between Juventus and PSG, with the French champions open to selling. PSG's asking price has been reported at between €30 million and €40 million — a significant drop from the €95 million they paid Eintracht Frankfurt to sign him in 2023.

Kolo Muani himself has made no secret of his desire to return to Turin, where he scored ten goals in 22 appearances during a loan stint in the second half of last season. The stumbling block is whether Juventus secure Champions League football. The club are currently outside the top four heading into Sunday's final day, making any deal conditional on results.

An unexpected alternative has now emerged from Turkey. Turkish outlet Fanatik reports that Fenerbahçe are monitoring the forward's situation, with presidential candidate Aziz Yıldırım keen to make a statement signing this summer. Kolo Muani's name is said to feature alongside Alexander Sørloth, Romelu Lukaku and Vangelis Pavlidis on the club's offensive wish list. His estimated value of around €22 million makes him financially accessible by Fenerbahçe's standards, and his physical profile suits what they are looking for in attack.

Whether he ends up in Turin or Istanbul will likely depend on Juventus's league position come Sunday evening. The Champions League is the variable that decides everything.
