The Bianconeri have signed the Ivory Coast international, born in Marseille, on a contract running until June 30, 2029.
According to Juventus' official statement, the transfer fee is set at €4.8 million, with the agreement reached directly with Nice for the definitive acquisition of his registration rights.
In his time on loan at Juventus, the 29-year-old winger quickly established himself within the squad's rotation, making 17 appearances across all competitions and contributing four goals and one assist.
Juventus said in their statement: "Congratulations, Jeremie! We'll see you on the pitch!"
Boga's career has taken him through several of Italy's top clubs before this permanent move. He first arrived in Serie A with Sassuolo in 2018, where he became one of the league's standout wingers thanks to his acceleration and ability to beat defenders in one-on-one situations.
A move to Atalanta followed in early 2022, giving him experience of both domestic and European competition, before he returned to France with Nice in the summer of 2023.
During his three seasons at Nice, Boga made 73 appearances, scoring 11 goals and providing nine assists, establishing himself as an unpredictable attacking threat capable of changing matches from the bench or the starting eleven.
His move back to Italy in January came after a difficult period at Nice, with Boga among the players caught up in a distressing incident involving the club's ultras on the team bus that kept him out of action for an extended spell.
Returning to a league he knew well from his time at Sassuolo and Atalanta proved to be exactly the change of scenery Boga needed to rebuild his form.
Boga also has significant achievements on the international stage, having captained Ivory Coast to victory at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, a tournament held in his country of birth's ancestral homeland and one that ended eight years of disappointment for the Elephants.
For Juventus, the deal represents a low-cost, low-risk addition to the squad at a time when the club faces financial constraints following their absence from next season's Champions League.
The fee of €4.8 million looks like shrewd business given the impact Boga made in a relatively short period of action, and the winger now has the security of a long-term contract as he enters the next phase of his career in Turin.
