Juventus have paid a fixed fee of €38m, which could rise to as much as €50m with performance-related bonuses, for the 27-year-old, who has signed a contract until June 2031 and will wear the number 9 shirt vacated by Dušan Vlahović.
Kolo Muani first arrived at Juventus on loan in January 2025 and made an immediate impact, scoring 10 goals and adding three assists in 22 appearances as the club secured Champions League qualification via a fourth-place Serie A finish. He then spent last season on loan at Tottenham Hotspur, making 41 appearances with five goals, four of them in the Champions League, and five assists.
Speaking to Juventus's official channels after being confirmed as the club's new signing, Kolo Muani said he was relieved to finally complete the move.
"I finally managed it. I'm delighted, I feel relieved. I've wanted to come back for a long time and the moment has arrived. I think this story isn't over, and I wanted to finish what I started, so I did everything I could to return, and I want to keep writing this story."
Asked what made him fight so hard to rejoin the club, he pointed to the welcome he received during his loan spell: "Juventus welcomed me like family, it's a great family, and the fans gave me so much affection. The club also made me feel loved, and I want to give that back. All of that made me want to return, and I've never hidden it. So for me, coming here was the logical choice."
Kolo Muani confirmed he had never stopped believing he would find his way back to Turin.
"Yes. In every transfer window I tried to come back. For me it was logical to come here to play for Juventus again and score goals for the fans and the club."
Asked what kind of player Juventus are getting 18 months on, he said: "A player with even more hunger to score, to shine and, above all, to win trophies."
He signed off with a message to supporters: "Hello, Bianconeri, I'm delighted to be back with you and I can't wait to see you at the Stadium, and above all to score goals and lift trophies together with you. Bye, bye, forza Juve."
Born in Bondy, Kolo Muani came through Nantes's academy before moves to Eintracht Frankfurt and Paris Saint-Germain in 2023. He has 32 caps and nine goals for France, having reached the World Cup final with Les Bleus in Qatar and scored in that tournament's semi-final against Morocco, though he was not part of France's squad at this summer's World Cup.
