Former Arsenal and Liverpool winger Jermaine Pennant admits he can relate to this season's Premier League breakout whizkids Max Dowman and Rio Ngumoha.
At 16, Dowman has played a key a role in Arsenal's title push this season, while Ngumoha - now 17 - has done the same with Liverpool.
Pennant, who joined Arsenal as a 15 year-old from Notts County for a record £2 million fee, made his debut for the Gunners at 16 years of age.
Pennant offers some advice to Dowman and Ngumoha from his own experience as a teenager breaking into the Premier League.
He also reflects on his own time with the Gunners and how clubs today are better equipped to manage teenage talent pushing for regular senior football.
