Juventus are in active contact with goalkeeper Alisson Becker's entourage over a potential summer move, with the Brazilian expressing interest in joining the Italian club despite Liverpool setting a high asking price.

Tuttosport reported that Juventus director general Damien Comolli โ€” who served as Liverpool's head of recruitment between 2010 and 2012 and retains strong connections on Merseyside โ€” is personally leading the approach for the 33-year-old goalkeeper.

Alisson's contract at Liverpool expires in June 2027, giving him a year remaining should the club insist on a sale. He has made 29 appearances this season, keeping eight clean sheets, after recovering from the hamstring injury that kept him out for the first half of the campaign.

His situation has been complicated by Liverpool's pursuit of alternative goalkeeping targets, with reports suggesting the club are exploring the market regardless of his contractual position.

Juventus are assembling an ambitious summer rebuild under Comolli's direction. The club are also pursuing Real Madrid defender David Alaba and Portuguese midfielder Bernardo Silva from Manchester City alongside the Alisson approach, suggesting a significant outlay is planned if Champions League qualification is confirmed.

Liverpool's position is that any sale would require a fee that reflects Alisson's status as one of the five best goalkeepers in the world โ€” a valuation understood to be around ยฃ30-35million. Juventus are prepared to meet that in principle, but the structure and timing of any deal remains unresolved.

Alisson has spent seven seasons at Anfield since joining from AS Roma for ยฃ67million in 2018, winning the Champions League, two Premier League titles and the FA Cup. Whether he leaves at the end of next season or forces an earlier departure this summer will be shaped by how quickly Liverpool make their goalkeeper intentions clear.
