Everton manager David Moyes, who worked with Bowen during his time in east London, is keen to reunite with the winger on Merseyside. The Toffees have yet to submit a formal bid but have made their interest known.
Aston Villa have expressed strong admiration reports The Athletic, though no club-to-club discussions have taken place and the Midlands club view a deal as currently difficult given their own financial constraints.
West Ham are standing firm. Co-owner Daniel Kretinsky has stated publicly that the club have no need to sell key players despite dropping to the Championship, and the club's resolve is bolstered by the fact that Bowen's contract runs until 2030 and does not contain a relegation wage-cut clause โ unlike most of his teammates, who face reductions of around 50 per cent.
Bowen himself is understood to be undecided. He could be tempted to remain at West Ham, though the prospect of playing top-flight football under Unai Emery at Villa โ who qualified for the Champions League last season โ presents a significant pull.
Chelsea are also understood to admire Bowen, adding further competition should West Ham's position soften.
Any deal is likely to begin at around ยฃ50m given West Ham's strong negotiating hand on contract length. The Hammers face a major summer of transition regardless, with Crysencio Summerville and Mateus Fernandes also attracting interest from larger clubs.
