Arsenal are understood to have agreed a fee of around €4.5 million for the winger, a cut-price deal reportedly driven by the club's willingness to move early given his Georgian nationality, with sources suggesting his valuation could otherwise have reached €15-20 million.

He made his senior debut for Kolkheti in 2025 before being named the best under-17 player in Georgia's top flight that season, despite his side's relegation to the second tier.
Bartishvili has also progressed rapidly through the Georgian youth ranks, scoring on his under-17 debut against Slovenia before advancing quickly through the under-18s and into the under-21 setup, for whom he has now made two appearances. He has also featured in Champions League and Europa League qualifying matches for Iberia this season.
Arsenal's interest in the teenager is reported to have been driven by Maurizio Micheli, the right-hand man to sporting director Andrea Berta and previously Napoli's chief scout, continuing the club's recent pattern of identifying promising young talent across European leagues before their price rises significantly.
Bartishvili will remain with Iberia 1999 for the rest of the season before completing his move to north London next summer, when the deal will be finalised subject to the usual regulatory processes.
He becomes the latest in a series of young prospects recruited by Arsenal's scouting network in recent years as the club looks to build long-term depth alongside its first-team investment.
