Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are all circling Sunderland for the 21-year-old.
Sadiki spoke to La Dernière Heure after returning to former club Union SG last weekend and addressed the growing speculation in deliberately open terms.
"My future? I still have two matches to play with Sunderland, then the World Cup, which will be very special for the Congolese people. And as for the rest, we'll see next season when the time is right."
The Congolese international joined Sunderland from Union SG last summer for around £15million following a title-winning season in Belgium.
He has made 27 Premier League appearances in his debut English campaign, establishing himself as one of the division's most effective defensive midfielders and a key reason behind Sunderland's impressive push for a top-half finish.
Chelsea held talks with his representatives last month, with the club identifying him as a potential long-term replacement for Enzo Fernández. Manchester United are understood to have despatched scouts to watch him repeatedly throughout the season and regard him as a priority midfield target — one that would be less expensive than Brighton's Carlos Baleba, valued at over £100million.
Liverpool are among six Premier League forwards being assessed and are also weighing him as a midfield option. Arsenal have been impressed. Tottenham's interest could firm up depending on whether they avoid relegation.
Sunderland hold a strong hand — his contract runs until 2030 and the club have no intention of selling voluntarily. Sunderland Echo reported the club value him at around £45million, with some estimates closer to £60million.
