The 2004-born goalkeeper has signed a contract with Parma running until 30 June 2031.
Confirming the transfer, Parma said Daffara grew up in Juventus's youth academy, where he completed his footballing education before gaining his first taste of professional football with Juventus Next Gen.
The club said he had shown personality, reliability and quality between the posts during that time.
Daffara spent last season on loan at Avellino in Serie B, making 25 appearances and keeping three clean sheets as the newly promoted side reached the play-offs.
Parma described the move as an investment in a young, talented goalkeeper with room to develop, in line with the club's technical project.
The goalkeeper was welcomed to Parma's Mutti Training Center by ten-year-old Diego, who greeted him on behalf of the club and the city through the All Inclusive project, which promotes sport as a tool for personal growth.
"I'm really happy to become part of the Parma Calcio family," said Daffara.
"I found a club with clear ideas, with a project that convinced me straight away. This is a great opportunity for me and I'll give everything to develop and help the team.
"I can't wait to start this new adventure and get to know the Parma fans."
Juventus also confirmed the departure through their own statement, detailing Daffara's rise through their youth ranks to a first professional appearance with Next Gen in March 2023.
He went on to make 83 appearances in all competitions for Juventus Next Gen before his loan spell at Avellino last season, where he made 25 appearances as the club reached the first round of the play-offs.
Juventus wished Daffara well for the next stage of his career as he begins life at his new club.
The move gives Daffara a fresh path to regular first-team football after his development was largely built around Next Gen and a productive loan spell in Serie B.
Parma's willingness to commit to a contract running through to 2031 reflects the level of confidence the club has in his long-term potential as a goalkeeper.
His departure closes one chapter of a career shaped entirely inside Juventus's youth structures, with the next stage now set to unfold at the Tardini as Parma build their goalkeeping department around a young, homegrown talent from Turin.
