Konde has signed a one-year scholarship with Manchester United and is expected to sign a five-year professional contract when he turns 17.
Liverpool are expected to receive a compensation package that could reach seven figures after Konde decided against signing scholarship terms on Merseyside.
United confirmed the move in a club statement, describing Konde as a winger and highlighting his experience with Liverpool's Under-18 side during the 2025-26 campaign.
The teenager made six appearances in the Under-18 Premier League last season, providing one assist and starting Liverpool's final two league matches.
Konde is capable of playing on either wing or through the middle and will join Darren Fletcher's Under-18 side after the September international break.
His departure brings an end to an eight-year spell with Liverpool, where he had progressed through the academy before deciding that his next step should come at Old Trafford.
United have made several additions to Fletcher's Under-18 squad this summer. Karim Cassim and David Eze have also joined from Manchester City, with all three youngsters strengthening the group.
The trio could feature for United in the FA Youth Cup this season alongside established academy prospects including Kai Rooney and Jayce Carrick.
Konde's arrival is also part of a wider recruitment drive at youth level. United have continued to bring in young players from rival academies, including Chido Obi from Arsenal and several recruits from Manchester City.
The club have also altered their academy signing-day presentation, with new recruits and their families receiving a guided tour of Old Trafford and being presented with a club blazer.
Konde now begins the next stage of his development at United, with his first opportunity to play for Fletcher's Under-18 side coming after the international break.
