Eintracht Frankfurt are reportedly interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain youngster David Boly, with the Bundesliga club considering a move during the January transfer window.

The 17-year-old right-back has made a rapid impression at PSG, having already featured three times for the senior side in competitive football and scored his first professional goal.

Boly's emergence has attracted attention from clubs in France and abroad, with his contractual situation adding to the uncertainty surrounding his future. His current agreement runs until June 2027, leaving PSG keen to secure his longer-term commitment.

According to reports in France, Eintracht Frankfurt are among the clubs monitoring the defender and could be prepared to pay a transfer fee in January rather than wait until his contract approaches its expiry.

The interest comes at a significant moment for Boly. He has progressed through PSG's academy and is regarded as one of the promising young defenders coming through the club's development system. The French champions are understood to have offered him his first professional contract, but an agreement has yet to be finalised.

There is also competition for his signature, with several other clubs reportedly keeping track of his situation. PSG, however, are believed to remain his preferred destination for the time being.

Boly's recent breakthrough has strengthened the club's argument for keeping him. He has been given opportunities in the first team, including appearances in Ligue 1 and the Champions League, and his goal against Villarreal brought further attention to his progress.

For Frankfurt, the possibility of recruiting a highly rated young defender represents an opportunity to strengthen their options for the future. The Bundesliga has become an attractive destination for emerging players, and the club could look to move quickly if they believe Boly is open to leaving Paris.

PSG will hope that the prospect of further first-team involvement, alongside a new contract, is enough to persuade the teenager to continue his development in familiar surroundings. For now, Boly's preference is understood to be staying with his formative club, but the January window could bring a significant test of that resolve.
