Como have completed a loan move with an option to buy for Brazilian full-back Yan Couto from Borussia Dortmund, as the club continues to be linked with Norwegian teenage striker Malte Fismen alongside Serie A rivals Inter Milan.

According to Sky Sport, Como finalised the Couto deal after Dortmund gave the green light to sell the Brazilian, with the two clubs and the player's camp reaching agreement on a loan with an option to buy set at โ‚ฌ20million.

It represents another significant addition for head coach Cesc Fabregas ahead of a demanding 2026-27 campaign that will see Como competing in Serie A, the Coppa Italia and, for the first time, the Champions League. Couto made 27 appearances for Dortmund last season, scoring three goals and providing three assists.

Como's business this summer has also extended to the scouting network, with the club, alongside Inter Milan, said to have made contact over Malte Fismen, a 16-year-old striker at Norwegian club Asane. Interest in Norwegian talent has grown across European football following Erling Haaland's exploits for his country at the World Cup, and Fismen is considered one of the country's brightest young prospects.

He made his unofficial debut for Asane at 14 in a friendly against SK Brann, before breaking into the Norwegian First Division a year later, where he has already begun contributing goals and assists.

Fismen's rise has attracted attention well beyond Como and Inter. Domestic rivals Brann, Bodo/Glimt and Molde have all sought information on a possible transfer, while several Dutch clubs, including Feyenoord, are also keeping tabs on the teenager. "There is a lot of interest in him, but I don't want to comment on specific clubs," said Asane's technical director, Odd Krister Follesdal.

Asane have been going through a period of financial difficulty and would not stand in the way of a sale, though any interested club would need to budget for a fee in the region of โ‚ฌ1million, with the Norwegian club also looking to include a sell-on percentage in any agreement.
