According to Romanian outlet Fanatik.ro, the 23-year-old is attracting interest from several clubs, with Cologne and Belgian side Anderlecht among those monitoring his situation.
Stoica has made an encouraging start to the season in Portugal, recording four goals and two assists in his first eight league appearances. His form has reportedly strengthened the prospect of a move during the winter transfer window.
The Romanian has been playing for Estrela Amadora since joining from Hermannstadt in July 2025. He signed a three-year contract running until June 2028, giving the Portuguese club a degree of security over his future.
However, Estrela’s asking price is said to have risen considerably following his performances. The club reportedly indicated during the summer that it would consider selling him for around €2.5 million. *Fanatik.ro* now suggests that a fee approaching three times that amount could be required to secure his departure.
Such a valuation would represent a significant increase in the price previously discussed, although the exact fee remains unconfirmed.
Anderlecht are also reported to be interested, meaning Cologne could face competition if they decide to pursue a deal. The report does not establish that either club has submitted a formal offer or that an agreement is close.
For Cologne, the possibility of signing Stoica comes amid questions about the future of winger Said El Mala. The German international has attracted interest from abroad, and the club has acknowledged that a future sale cannot be ruled out.
Stoica’s arrival could therefore offer an additional attacking option, although there is no confirmation that Cologne are targeting him specifically as a replacement for El Mala.
The January window remains some way off, and Stoica’s next move will depend on whether interested clubs are prepared to meet Estrela Amadora’s reported valuation. For now, Cologne and Anderlecht are among the sides linked with the forward rather than clubs confirmed to be negotiating a transfer.
