Brighton and RB Leipzig are monitoring Juventus youngster Adin Licina after the attacking midfielder made an encouraging start to his loan spell at Cremonese, according to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.

The 19-year-old joined Juventus in February 2026 after leaving Bayern Munich and initially featured for the Italian club's Next Gen side. He is now gaining senior experience with Cremonese, where his performances have reportedly attracted attention from clubs outside Italy.

Licina has scored twice and provided one assist in seven competitive appearances for Cremonese, demonstrating his attacking potential during the early stages of the campaign.

His form has placed him on the radar of Brighton and RB Leipzig, two clubs known for recruiting and developing young talent.

According to Di Marzio, both clubs are following the German youngster's progress and are waiting to see what decision Juventus make regarding his future.

Licina is currently on loan at Cremonese, with the arrangement allowing him to gain regular opportunities away from Juventus. His performances could now prompt the Turin club to consider whether he should remain part of their longer-term plans or whether a transfer would be more beneficial.

The January transfer window could prove significant, with several clubs reportedly keeping track of the winger ahead of the next opportunity to strengthen their squads.

Brighton have developed a reputation for identifying promising players and providing a pathway towards top-level football. Interest from the Premier League club would offer Licina a potential route into English football, although no agreement or formal transfer decision has been reported.

RB Leipzig are another possible destination. The Bundesliga side have also been associated with the youngster, whose German background and development at Bayern Munich make him a player with experience of the country's football system.

Juventus will ultimately have to determine how best to manage his development. Keeping Licina in Italy could allow him to continue gaining experience at Cremonese, while a transfer could provide financial benefits or an alternative route for his career.

For now, the reported interest from Brighton and Leipzig does not mean a move is imminent. Both clubs are understood to be monitoring his performances while Juventus assess their options.

Licina previously developed at Bayern Munich before moving to Italy. He has also represented Germany at under-19 level, scoring once in seven appearances for the national side.

His international background adds another dimension to his growing profile, while his performances at Cremonese have given him an opportunity to demonstrate his potential in senior football.

With the January window approaching, his situation is one to watch. Juventus must decide whether to continue his development through the existing loan arrangement or consider the interest reportedly emerging from England and Germany.
