That relationship dates back to 2023, when Gambinos Stars Africa began cooperating with Red&Gold Football, a joint venture between Bayern Munich and Major League Soccer side Los Angeles FC designed to develop international talent. Ndiaye emerged through that pipeline, training in Munich before his loan move was confirmed in January, and Bayern's willingness to bring him back on loan so quickly after his initial trial underlined how highly the club rate his potential.
His breakthrough campaign saw him make his Bundesliga debut under Vincent Kompany, coming off the bench in a comprehensive win over St Pauli before later earning his first start against Mainz, and he went on to feature in both league and cup competition, further raising his profile among Europe's leading academies. With interest from elsewhere now emerging, Bayern appear determined to move quickly to secure his long-term future in Bavaria rather than risk losing one of the standout graduates of their African talent pipeline to a rival club before a permanent agreement can be finalised.
