Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool are monitoring Roma defender Emanuele Lulli after the 19-year-old caught the attention of scouts during his breakthrough season in Serie A.

The right-back has emerged as an exciting prospect under Gian Piero Gasperini, making the step up from Roma's academy and beginning to establish himself in the first team.

Scouts from several Premier League clubs have been impressed by Lulli's performances, with their interest developing while they were initially following his teammate Wesley.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham have been monitoring the Brazilian full-back, but their visits to watch him have also drawn attention to Lulli. The teenager's progress has reportedly prompted scouts to recommend that their recruitment departments take a closer look at his potential.

Lulli made his senior debut under Gasperini earlier this season and has quickly become a player of interest beyond Italy. At 19, he offers the prospect of further development, while his early first-team experience gives potential suitors a clearer picture of his readiness for senior football.

The defender is regarded as comfortable both defensively and going forward, combining an imposing physical presence with the ability to contribute in possession. His emergence also gives Gasperini another option across the back line as Roma look to build on their promising start to the campaign.

Chelsea are among the other English clubs aware of his development, alongside Manchester City and Manchester United. Paris Saint-Germain have also reportedly taken note of the youngster, suggesting that interest in his progress is not confined to the Premier League.

For AS Roma, the growing attention creates an incentive to protect one of their academy's emerging talents. The club are understood to be considering a new contract for Lulli as they look to secure his future and guard against approaches from wealthier European sides.

There is no indication that a transfer is imminent, and any interest at this stage should be viewed as monitoring rather than a formal offer. Nevertheless, the involvement of several prominent clubs underlines how quickly Lulli's standing has risen since his introduction to senior football.

With the January transfer window approaching, his performances in the coming weeks could determine whether the current scouting interest develops into a more concrete pursuit. Roma will hope to retain the teenager as he continues his development under Gasperini.
