Tebas addressed reporters again on the ongoing row with Real Madrid, largely reiterating what he had already written on social media the previous day.
Defending his own record as LaLiga president, he said: "If I weren't responsible, I wouldn't have been here for twelve years.
"We've had years of this with Real Madrid Television, and when things go badly at the club, everything that moves gets criticised, and it's a disgrace.
"A lack of respect for everyone, for LaLiga, for the clubs and for the fans."
On the controversial incidents from Sunday's Madrid derby, Tebas said he understood the criticism up to a point, but not the suggestion that the competition itself was rigged.
"I understand the criticism, but I can't understand them saying the competition is fixed. There are people who must be watching Bellingham's action through different glasses than the rest of the world. There's no way that's a red card. And as for the Kang-in action, that one could have been a red card, but not as blatant as others are saying."
Asked about his relationship with club president Florentino Pérez, Tebas was blunt that any repair looked unlikely under the current leadership, while insisting his issue was institutional rather than personal.
"As long as Florentino remains president of Real Madrid, the relationship is beyond repair. The problem is Florentino's football model, we don't defend that model. If there's a different president in the future, we'll see. I don't agree at all with the current leadership, but I have nothing against Real Madrid. It's been my team since I was a boy."
