The Bayern Munich midfielder spoke to Sky after the match in Houston, where Brown scored Germany's fifth goal and also provided an assist for Nico Schlotterbeck's header earlier in the contest.
"Of course I would be happy. That would be top," Pavlovic said.
"He's a good guy and a great player. We get along very well, and I was really pleased for him that he scored today."
Brown's move to Bayern is reported to be in its final stages, with the two clubs having agreed a fee in the region of €55 million.
According to Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg, Bayern's sporting director Max Eberl and Eintracht Frankfurt's Markus Krosche reached agreement on the package, with the clubs now finalising the split between the fixed fee and add-ons.
The deal would represent the second most expensive transfer for a full-back in Bundesliga history, behind only Bayern's €80 million move for Lucas Hernandez from Atletico Madrid in 2019.
Frankfurt signed Brown from Nuremberg for around €3.5 million plus bonuses, making the proposed sale an extraordinary piece of business for the club regardless of the final figure.
Reports in Germany suggest Frankfurt had initially sought closer to €65 million, but were unwilling to stand in the way of what has been described as Brown's dream move to Bayern.
Brown's performance against Curacao will only have strengthened Bayern's conviction. Germany raced into a 6th-minute lead through Felix Nmecha, before Curacao levelled through Livano Comenencia in the 21st minute on their World Cup debut.
Schlotterbeck restored Germany's lead from a Brown corner just before half-time, and Kai Havertz converted a penalty in stoppage time to make it 3-1 at the break.
Jamal Musiala extended the lead early in the second half, before Brown got on the scoresheet himself in the 68th minute, finishing off a move assisted by Denis Undav.
Undav and Havertz added further goals as Germany ran out 7-1 winners, a result that took their all-time World Cup goal tally above Brazil's previous record.
Brown is set to sign a contract with Bayern running until 2031, should the deal be completed as expected.
For Pavlovic, the prospect of having a close friend and Germany teammate join him at Bayern adds a personal dimension to a transfer that, on the pitch at least, Brown has already done plenty to justify.
