The Ivory Coast international has enjoyed a stunning rise since leaving Swedish side Hammarby IF for Hoffenheim in January 2025.
Touré initially broke through in Sweden after producing eight goals and four assists in 23 Allsvenskan appearances during his debut season with Hammarby.
The 20-year-old has since exploded in the Bundesliga, recording five goals and 12 assists in 32 league matches this season.
Sky Sport Germany claims Newcastle United and Aston Villa are currently showing the strongest interest as Premier League clubs position themselves ahead of a possible bidding battle.
Liverpool, Brighton and Manchester United are also said to be monitoring the situation closely.
Touré is expected to leave Hoffenheim after the German club failed to qualify for next season’s UEFA Champions League.
Reports in Germany suggest Hoffenheim will demand between €40 million and €50 million for the winger, which would make him the most expensive sale in the club’s history.
Touré remains under contract until 2029 and Hoffenheim are understood to be in a strong negotiating position.
The former Hammarby star has already established himself internationally too, scoring twice in his first five appearances for Ivory Coast.
Newcastle’s interest reflects the club’s continued search for greater attacking depth out wide, while Villa are also targeting younger attacking players capable of developing into elite-level starters.
Touré’s pace, direct running and creativity have rapidly made him one of the most closely watched young attackers in Germany.
After just one full Bundesliga season, a move to the Premier League is already beginning to look increasingly likely.
