Juventus consider €15m move for Tottenham's Destiny Udogie

Juventus are monitoring Tottenham defender Destiny Udogie as they consider options to strengthen their left side, with a potential €15 million offer reportedly capable of opening the door to a transfer.

Udogie joined Tottenham from Udinese in 2022 and has since established himself as an Italy international, but his position in Roberto De Zerbi's plans is reportedly less secure than before.

That situation has attracted Juventus' attention. The Italian club are looking at Udogie as a player who would fit their preference for a younger Italian option with experience at a high level abroad.

TuttoJuve reports that Udogie's status at Tottenham could create an opportunity for Juventus to explore a move in a future transfer window.

The 24-year-old remains under contract with Spurs until 2030, giving the Premier League club a strong negotiating position. However, his remaining book value is reportedly between €7 million and €9 million.

That figure could make a sale more manageable if Tottenham decide they are prepared to listen to offers. A proposal in the region of €15 million is reportedly viewed as a figure that could persuade Spurs to consider letting Udogie leave.

For Juventus, the appeal goes beyond his age and nationality. Udogie has spent several years in the Premier League and has gained international experience with Italy, making him a player who could immediately add experience as well as physical quality to the left side.

There is no indication that Juventus have made a formal offer at this stage. The interest is instead being monitored ahead of a possible attempt to bring Udogie back to Serie A.

Much will depend on his role under De Zerbi and whether Tottenham's position changes. If Udogie remains outside the manager's preferred starting XI, Juventus could have a clearer opportunity to turn their interest into a concrete approach.

For now, however, the defender remains tied to Tottenham on a long-term contract, meaning any move will depend on the conditions being right for both clubs.
