The 51-year-old Austrian, who has already confirmed he will leave Selhurst Park when his contract expires in June, spoke to Sky Sport about what comes next.
"I am not planning anything. I am letting it come to me. It can again be something completely different. Football has always been like that for me — it always turns out differently than you think or plan."
Glasner has been linked with RB Leipzig among others. He guided Palace to the FA Cup in his first full season, added the Community Shield this campaign, and became the only manager in the club's history to take them into European competition. Palace face Shakhtar Donetsk in the Conference League semi-finals, giving Glasner a chance to end his tenure with a second major trophy.
He was adamant his attention remains fully on the weeks ahead. "We are focused with hopefully five weeks to go — a lot to achieve not just in the Premier League. We want to have the best two-year Premier League points total in the club's history, and we are playing European football. That is also a reality."
When asked about his involvement in the search for his successor, he was dismissive. "I'm not involved."
