Alli has been keeping fit at League Two leaders Barnet's training ground as he continues his search for a new club, more than a year after leaving Como by mutual consent. The 30-year-old former England midfielder has hired out the Bees' facilities at The Hive privately, and is not training alongside Barnet's own players or coaching staff.
Alli shared footage on TikTok showing him scoring during a solo shooting drill, part of a montage that also included some of his best-known goals for Tottenham, including his stunning volley against Crystal Palace in January 2016. It follows an earlier stint training at Tottenham's own facilities, which the club granted him permission to use in March.
His last club spell, at Como under Cesc Fàbregas, ended in September 2025 after just one appearance, in which he was sent off following a VAR review only minutes after coming on as a substitute against AC Milan.
Alli made 181 appearances for Tottenham, scoring 51 goals, before spells at Everton and, on loan, Besiktas failed to reignite his career.
He returned to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as a guest for last season's north London derby defeat to Arsenal, telling the crowd: "I can't wait to get back on the pitch playing.
"Hopefully it won't be too long now. I hope you've missed me as much as I've missed you.
"A lot has happened in our journeys since we were last together but I'm back today and I hope you know that you'll always be my family."
