The Bundesliga club are keen to retain two important members of their squad beyond their current contracts, with both players now 30 years old and central to Dortmund's plans.
Cramer addressed the situation during an appearance on Sport1's Doppelpass, indicating that discussions are being handled internally, although he offered no specific timetable for an agreement.
"That is going on in the background, with the goal in sight. That is our strength. We are very happy with the current situation," he said.
Borussia Dortmund's intention to keep Anton and Guirassy reflects the importance of maintaining stability within the squad. Anton has become an established figure in defence, while Guirassy remains a key attacking option.
The club have faced recurring speculation about the futures of several senior players, particularly Guirassy, but Cramer's comments suggest Dortmund are keen to avoid losing either player.
The executive was also asked about reports that midfielder Felix Nmecha has an โฌ80 million release clause in his contract.
Nmecha extended his agreement with Dortmund until 2030 in March, but speculation about the clause has prompted interest from clubs in England.
Cramer declined to confirm or deny the reported figure, instead emphasising the club's general approach to contractual matters.
"I would have to check whether he has a release clause. We generally do not talk about contractual details," he replied.
The midfielder's long-term commitment is an important part of Dortmund's planning, although the reported clause could become a talking point if interest from the Premier League develops.
For now, the immediate focus is on Anton and Guirassy. Cramer's comments confirm that Dortmund want to continue working with both players, but there is no indication that either extension is close to being completed.
