Bowen attracting big Premier League interest as West Ham face sell-off if relegated

Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United are all monitoring Jarrod Bowen ahead of a summer transfer window that could see West Ham United forced to raise over £100m if the club is relegated.

The 29-year-old captain has been identified as the player most likely to generate the largest fee.

West Ham United go into the final day of the season in 18th place, two points behind Tottenham Hotspur, needing to beat Leeds United and hope Spurs lose to Everton to have any realistic chance of survival. Should relegation be confirmed, the Guardian reports the club would face immediate pressure to offload their highest-earners, with Bowen the most attractive asset.

Liverpool's interest is long-standing and has intensified given Mohamed Salah's departure at the end of the season, leaving a gap on the right side of the attack. Chelsea are looking to add experienced wide players under incoming manager Xabi Alonso. Manchester United, back in the Champions League, want to strengthen across the forward line.

Bowen contributed 10 goals and 11 assists in 41 appearances this season despite the surrounding turbulence, maintaining a consistency that has drawn admiration across the division. He has been candid about the environment at the club deteriorating over several years.

"It was starting to creep in a little bit last season. But we thought we'd be better this season. Obviously, we had a new manager, then we changed manager after a few games. New players coming in. You never want to give excuses. That's not what I'm about because ultimately it's us. We're the ones that play."
