Eberl has made no secret of the club's determination to sell Boey, Zaragoza and Palhinha this summer, delivering a blunt assessment of the trio's futures at the club's presentation of new left-back Nathaniel Brown.
"We have communicated quite openly that we have three players in Sacha Boey, Bryan Zaragoza and João Palhinha who we are very open to letting go," Eberl said.
He left little room for ambiguity about what would happen should any of them refuse to move on: "We believe they have no future at Bayern Munich. If one of them decides to stay, it will be relatively hard and complicated.
"Our squad is settled, and the three of them simply don't have a role to play."
All three spent last season out on loan, with Palhinha at Tottenham and Boey at Galatasaray, and Bayern's clear priority now is to sell rather than extend those arrangements. Aston Villa and Benfica have both been credited with concrete interest in Palhinha, while Espanyol and Sevilla are said to be monitoring Zaragoza's situation; Boey has yet to attract any firm suitors.
Brown himself completed a move from Eintracht Frankfurt for a reported €50m, signing a contract through to 2031 and becoming an eight-time Germany international in the process.
"It's something special for me, because I'm from Bavaria," he said. "In Amberg everyone is a Bayern fan too, it's crazy that I'm already here."
Eberl also confirmed the club's stance had not changed on Hiroki Ito, Min-jae Kim and Armindo Sieb, all of whom Bayern would be willing to sell given the right offer, though he drew a clear distinction when it came to Alphonso Davies, dismissing recent reports linking the Canadian left-back with a departure: "A sale is out of the question."
The comments underline the scale of the squad rebalancing still to come before the transfer window closes, with Bayern determined to raise funds after already spending more than €100m on Brown and fellow new arrival Ismael Saibari this summer.
