Speaking on the sidelines of Bayern's 5-1 win over VfB Stuttgart, Dreesen played down the need for any urgency around a new deal.
"We're not currently in talks. He has a contract until 2029, so there's no reason to rush anything," he said.
Olise underlined his value to the German champions once again against Stuttgart, scoring a goal and providing an assist as Bayern cruised to victory.
The France international was repeatedly linked with a move to Real Madrid earlier in the transfer window, though Bayern have consistently kept the door firmly shut on any departure. Dreesen made clear he had noticed the speculation but had not let it unsettle him.
"As someone responsible who also knows the background, you're sometimes amused and sometimes irritated by what gets written. We've always said: it's nonsense. It was nonsense then and it still is now," he said, adding that Olise's performances on the pitch spoke for themselves - a point reinforced once again by his display against Stuttgart.
The comments come after weeks of reports in the Spanish press suggesting Olise had made no secret of his interest in a move to the Bernabéu, with some outlets claiming the 24-year-old could push for a transfer as early as next summer instead.
Bayern Munich's stance, however, has remained unchanged throughout: the club has no intention of negotiating and regards any speculation about his departure as unfounded while his contract has more than three years left to run.
Olise joined Bayern from Crystal Palace in the summer of 2024 for around €53m and made an immediate impact, scoring 20 goals and adding 23 assists in 55 appearances across all competitions in his debut season, form that earned him a place among the leading contenders for last year's Ballon d'Or.
He has continued that trajectory into this campaign under head coach Vincent Kompany, with his display against Stuttgart the latest reminder of why Bayern's hierarchy see no reason to entertain offers from elsewhere, however persistent the reports linking him with a move away from the Allianz Arena.
