The draw, held in Monaco, split PSG's fixture list between a home meeting with Barcelona at the Parc des Princes and away trips to Villa Park and the Etihad Stadium. Mikel Arteta's Arsenal, beaten by PSG on penalties in last season's final, complete a demanding group of opponents that also includes Borussia Dortmund, Real Betis, Lille, Napoli, Azerbaijan champions Sabah and Slavia Prague.
Manchester City's schedule brings two reunions with former players: PSG visit the Etihad Stadium, before City travel to Barcelona to face Rodri, who completed a ÂŁ65m move to the Catalan club this summer, and later host Napoli, where Kevin De Bruyne now plays. Enzo Maresca's side will also face Sporting, Porto, RB Leipzig, AEK Athens and Lens in the remainder of their fixtures.
Aston Villa, back in the competition after a season away, will host PSG and Dortmund and travel to Barcelona and Galatasaray as part of a return built on last season's Europa League triumph, with Club Brugge, Fenerbahçe, Viking and Slavia Prague completing Unai Emery's group.
Manchester United, returning to the competition after a two-year absence, will face Bayern, Atlético Madrid, Roma, Sporting, Leipzig, Villarreal, Sabah and Como. Liverpool's fixtures pair them with Atlético, Porto, Villarreal and Lens at home, and Inter Milan, Club Brugge, Fenerbahçe and LASK away.
The opening round of league-phase matches will be played across the week commencing Tuesday 8 September, with the competition running through to a final round of fixtures on 27 January 2027. The exact match schedule is due to be confirmed on Saturday, with this season's final to be staged in Madrid on 5 June.
