Dowman, now 16, achieved all three records last season as Mikel Arteta gradually introduced him to senior football.
The winger became the youngest player to appear in the Champions League when he came off the bench against Slavia Prague in November.
Dowman was 15 years and 308 days old at the time, beating the previous record held by Borussia Dortmund forward Youssoufa Moukoko by 75 days.
He then set another record in March by becoming the youngest goalscorer in Premier League history.
Dowman was 16 years and 73 days old when he scored in Arsenal’s 2-0 victory over Everton, surpassing the previous mark held by James Vaughan.
Vaughan had been 16 years and 271 days old when he scored for Everton against Crystal Palace in 2005. Arteta played for Everton in that match.
Dowman completed his record-breaking season by becoming the youngest player to win the Premier League, doing so at 16 years and 144 days.
The teenager was presented with official Guinness World Records certificates during a ceremony at Arsenal.
He also received the Guinness World Records Football Edition 2027 book, in which he features as the opening player profile in the Class of ’27.
Tom Beckerlegge, senior editor of the publication, praised Dowman’s achievements before he has even turned 17.
“To have already achieved three Guinness World Records titles before turning 17 is extraordinary,” Beckerlegge said.
Dowman’s rapid emergence places him alongside several of the biggest young names in world football in the new edition, including Lamine Yamal, Jude Bellingham, Cole Palmer, Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe.
His three records underline just how quickly the Arsenal academy graduate has progressed from youth football into Arteta’s first-team plans. He remains one of the club’s most closely watched young players. His records also came before his 17th birthday, highlighting the speed of his rise into senior football at Arsenal in recent seasons.
