Former Arsenal and Liverpool winger Jermaine Pennant ponders whether teenage pair Rio Ngumoha and Max Dowman should make England's World Cup squad this summer.
Pennant says he's been impressed by Liverpool attacker Ngumoha and Arsenal winger Dowman - viewing them both as potential long-serving England players.
However, he also insists this summer's World Cup has come too soon for the pair, arguing they should not be considered given they're not regarded as first-choice players for their respective teams at this stage in their careers.
