Left-back Antoine Beydts, 17, joins from MVV Maastricht, while goalkeeper Yoav Ribak, 16, arrives from Ironi Ashdod.
Ribak is an Israel youth international.
Both players have signed permanent deals with the Bianconeri.
Juventus have also reopened talks over a possible move for free agent Leon Goretzka, according to Sky Sport.
The midfielder is not considered a priority for Juventus but has returned to their thinking, the report said.
Goretzka became a free agent after leaving Bayern Munich and can now focus on his next move having finished the World Cup with Germany.
Competition for the 31-year-old is significant, with AC Milan interested in Italy and Atlético Madrid and Arsenal also in the picture abroad.
Juventus will need to prepare a substantial financial offer, with Goretzka seeking a high salary after his lucrative deal at Bayern Munich, reportedly worth €9 million per year plus bonuses.
An offer of around €6-7 million plus a signing bonus would likely be required to convince the midfielder to move to Turin.
Juventus are therefore balancing long-term investment in young talent with the possibility of adding a experienced free agent to their midfield options this summer.
