The former Italy forward admits his own breakthrough came earlier.
"If I think about my experience, I was more fortunate," Galderisi told Football Presse.
"Juventus believed in me when I was younger than Camarda."
He believes big clubs sometimes need courage when handling young talent.
"Sometimes you need a bit of bravery and long term vision."
While Milan may have bigger immediate ambitions, Galderisi is not convinced the teenager could not have played a role.
"I am not so convinced that he could not have been important for Milan."
Instead, he believes the decision is about minutes.
"Milan probably thought, I cannot guarantee him regular football. And at his age, he has to play."
For Galderisi, the solution is simple.
"You send him to a club where he plays and shows his value. That increases his value even more."
And his message to the young striker is clear.
"I hope he has a great season at Lecce and then returns to Milan stronger."
Game time now.
San Siro later.
