Fulham host AFC Wimbledon at Craven Cottage, Brentford face a potentially tricky away tie at Birmingham City, and Ipswich Town travel to League One side Leicester City. In the southern section, West Ham United - who beat Portsmouth in Saturday's first round - travel to fellow Championship club Southampton.
The draw was split into northern and southern sections, with all second-round matches due to take place in the week commencing Monday, 24 August. The nine English clubs involved in European competition this season will enter at the third-round stage.
