Olise, 24, has had a remarkable season, contributing 19 goals and 32 assists across all competitions as Bayern clinched the Bundesliga title and reached the Champions League semi-finals against Paris Saint-Germain.
Liverpool have been the most prominent suitors, with the club seeking a long-term Salah replacement, while Real Madrid are also reported to have offered close to €150 million for the player.
Bayern were unmoved. Speaking to ZDF television on Saturday, Eberl was emphatic.
"Absolutely. We are not spending a single second thinking about anything. He is developing excellently. Michael Olise is untouchable. No chance, we didn't think about it not even for a second."
Uli Hoeneß, Bayern's honorary president, reinforced the message earlier in the week. "We are playing this game for our fans. It is of little use to them if we have 200 million in our account and play poor football every Saturday."
Olise joined from Crystal Palace for around €53 million in the summer of 2024 and is contracted until 2029 with no release clause. His value is now estimated at around €140 million by Transfermarkt, and Bayern are exploring a contract extension that would include a significant salary increase.
With Champions League football, a potential treble and one of the most exciting front lines in Europe, Bayern believe they have everything necessary to hold onto their most coveted player.
