Chalobah, 26, played 47 times across all competitions last season and is regarded highly at Stamford Bridge, where his contract runs until June 2028 with a club option for a further year. According to the London Evening Standard, Chelsea will not actively sell but could be convinced by a suitable bid.
Fabrizio Romano confirmed Como's interest, describing the valuation gap as a difficulty at this stage. The Italian side, managed by Cesc Fàbregas, are monitoring Champions League alternatives for the same role.
Jörgensen, 24, has requested a move following limited playing time at Chelsea. The Danish goalkeeper is valued at around £15m. His departure would accelerate Chelsea's search for a new first-choice option between the posts.
Three loan returnees are also expected to leave permanently. Axel Disasi, who impressed during a spell at relegated West Ham United, is available for around £20m. Tyrique George, on loan at Everton, will move on if the Merseyside club decide against triggering a £25m purchase option. David Datro Fofana is also preparing to leave on a permanent basis.
The scale of the summer reshuffle reflects Chelsea's financial position after finishing tenth in the Premier League last season and missing European qualification. Marc Cucurella's £52m departure to Real Madrid has already provided early income and further sales are needed before Xabi Alonso begins building his squad in earnest.
Alonso does not officially begin work at Stamford Bridge until July 1, but is understood to have already approved key decisions including the Marco Palestra signing and the openness to selling Chalobah should Crystal Palace's Maxence Lacroix be secured as a defensive upgrade.
