Former Chelsea scout and academy recruitment chief Chris Robinson discusses the club signing - then releasing - Tyler Dibling.
Robinson, now head of academy recruitment at Southampton, recalls how Chelsea chose to sign Dibling from Saints as a young prospect for £3m before releasing him back to his former club.
Robinson also reflects on now working with Dibling and how after that first on-off move, he could be sold by Southampton for £100m.
