Former Norwich City and Tottenham striker Paul McVeigh discusses some of the great leaders he encountered during his playing career.
McVeigh, however, insists the 'nice guy' persona of the likes of former Tottenham captain Gary Mabbutt and his ex-teammate Chris Hughton doesn't quite ring true up close.
The former Northern Ireland international also recalls how another 'nice guy', Sir Gareth Southgate, left his studs in him as an Aston Villa defender on McVeigh's debut with Tottenham.
