Manchester City were found guilty of 114 financial regulations by an independent commission but have denied wrongdoing and appealed against the decision.
The verdict has raised questions about the future of several of the club’s players, including Donnarumma, who joined City last summer.
However, Raiola says the Italy international has been assured that the club expects the appeal process to run its course and that he remains calm about the situation.
“Will the Manchester City chaos change anything? No, nothing will change for us or for Gigio,” Raiola told Radio Napoli Centrale.
“News comes out periodically. The club has spoken with Gigio and everyone is calm.”
Raiola added that City’s immediate focus is on their upcoming fixtures against Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain, with the club confident that the sporting process will eventually take its course.
“Now there are important games against Liverpool and PSG, then sporting justice will take its course. But Gigio has had reassurances from Manchester City.”
The independent commission found City guilty of 114 of the 115 charges brought by the Premier League, relating to alleged financial rule breaches between 2009 and 2018.
City have strongly rejected the findings and launched an appeal, meaning any potential sporting punishment remains unresolved.
The verdict emerged at the start of the international break, allowing City’s players to avoid immediate questions around the case while away with their national teams.
Erling Haaland was removed from Norway’s media duties during the break, while the City squad returned to Manchester ahead of their first match since the verdict.
That fixture is a trip to Liverpool, where City will defend their perfect start to the Premier League season.
The club have won all five of their league matches and currently sit top of the table, but the financial case has created uncertainty around what could happen once the appeal is concluded.
Chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak has said the club’s focus is on the upcoming matches, while chief executive Ferran Soriano has continued to insist that City are innocent and will fight the findings.
For Donnarumma, Raiola’s comments indicate that the goalkeeper’s representatives have been given assurances that his situation at City remains unchanged while the legal process continues.
