Bayern Munich send €500m Olise warning amid transfer interest

Bayern Munich

Michael Olise has become the subject of extraordinary transfer rhetoric at Bayern Munich, with the club making clear they have no intention of entertaining offers despite growing interest from Europe’s elite.

The 24-year-old France international, who joined Bayern Munich from Crystal Palace and is contracted until 2029, has rapidly established himself as one of the standout attacking players in the Bundesliga and a key figure for both club and country.

According to L’Équipe, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain were among the first clubs to explore the possibility of a move for the winger, with his performances attracting attention ahead of the upcoming World Cup. The report suggests Olise’s rise has placed him firmly in the spotlight, with several top European sides closely monitoring his development as he continues to grow in influence at Bayern.

However, Bayern’s internal stance on the player is reportedly unambiguous.

A senior club figure told L’Équipe that the club consider Olise to be beyond valuation, regardless of the figures being discussed in the market.

"Olise is priceless, even for €500 million he will not leave," the official said.

Another Bayern executive reinforced that position, indicating that even extreme offers would not alter the club’s decision-making.

"Even for €200 million he will not go," he said.

The messaging from Munich reflects a broader desire to build a long-term team around the winger, with internal planning already focused on extending his contract and securing his future at the club. Bayern’s hierarchy view Olise as a potential era-defining player, someone capable of shaping their attacking identity for years to come. That long-term vision is central to why the club are so firm in rejecting any speculation around a possible sale.

Despite the strong public stance, interest from Europe’s biggest clubs is expected to persist, particularly if Olise continues his upward trajectory on the international stage with France. His technical quality, creativity and decision-making in the final third have made him one of the most highly regarded young forwards in European football.

Real Madrid and PSG’s early interest is seen as part of a wider pattern of elite clubs tracking his progress, with Premier League sides also expected to monitor developments closely.

For Bayern, the challenge is no longer about resisting interest, but ensuring the player’s long-term commitment aligns with their ambitions. Talks over an improved contract are expected to follow, although Bayern are confident their project and his role within it will be enough to secure his future.

For now, the message from Munich is clear: Olise is not for sale at any price.
